Legacy Letters preserve your personal memories, experiences, values, and life lessons in your own words, creating a beautifully presented written keepsake for the people who matter most.
A Legacy Letter can be written for one special person, several loved ones, or an entire family. When it focuses on passing along personal values, beliefs, wisdom, and life lessons, it is sometimes called an Ethical Will.
Through a guided conversation, we capture your thoughts and transform the recording into an elegantly written question-and-answer document that reflects your authentic voice.

The Process
1. Guided Conversation - approx. 60 minutes
We begin with a private, one-on-one conversation using 8–10 thoughtfully selected questions from our unique question decks. You share your stories, memories, experiences, values, and wisdom in your own words.
2. Audio Recording & Transcription
Your conversation is recorded and transcribed into written text, preserving your responses to each question.
3. Light Transcript Cleanup & Formatting
We review the transcribed conversation for unnecessary repetitions, filler words, and obvious transcription errors, making minor punctuation and grammatical corrections for readability. Your original words, meaning, and personal voice remain intact. The finished document retains the question-and-answer format.
4. Client Review
You review the written document and have an opportunity to correct or clarify anything that doesn't accurately reflect what you intended to say.
5. Keepsake Presentation
Your approved Legacy Letters document is professionally formatted and printed, then presented in our signature leather folio with a decorative wax seal. A digital PDF copy is also included, making it easy to preserve and share with family and future generations.
