The Process
1. Guided Conversation - approx. 60 minutes
We begin with a private, one-on-one conversation using 8–10 thoughtfully selected questions from our unique question decks. You share your memories, experiences, wisdom, and personal messages in your own words.
2. Audio Recording
Your conversation is recorded in high definition 24-bit / 48 kHz professional grade audio, using RØDE professional recording equipment and microphones in a comfortable, relaxed setting. There's no script and no pressure to perform. It's simply a meaningful conversation.
3. Professional Audio Editing
We carefully edit and professionally enhance the recording for clarity and listening enjoyment, removing unnecessary pauses and distractions while preserving your natural voice and the authenticity of your words. We finish the process by adding a beautiful soundtrack.
4. Final Review
You have an opportunity to listen to your completed recording before it is finalized.
5. Keepsake Presentation
Your finished Legacy Audio recording, approximately 15–30 minutes in length, is presented on an engraved wooden keepsake USB drive in a wooden presentation box, creating a lasting gift for your family and future generations.
